 (1) Have conversations with your family about how this country came to be, what independence means to you, and what you value about living in a democracy. "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America" - Preamble to the Constitution  (2) Light a candle, and visualize what you would want for our country to experience in the future. How you want it to recover and grow. What does that look like? And whenever you happen to gaze at the candle, for however long you keep it burning, make a heartfelt wish for that vision to be realized. For example... May it be so. See you next time!
