Create Your Own Sacred Rituals

4/20/2024

Sacred ceremonies are the bridges between the divine and the mundane, creating moments where time stands still and the soul speaks. - Joseph Campbell

Though cozy everyday rituals provide simple, comforting ways to connect with your goddess self, adding sacred elements to them will make them holy. And those holy moments will raise your frequency, connect you to the sacred and forge an even deeper connection with your inner goddess.

Cozy Inner Goddess Rituals

Here are examples of ways to make your daily rituals cozy...

(1) Make a cup of tea or other delightful beverage.

(2) Wear cozy clothes & sit in your favorite comfy chair.

(3) Grab a blanket or throw and curl up with it.

(4) Light your favorite scented candle.

(5) Sit by the fire if it's cold enough.

Sacred Rituals

Light a candle to remind you of your intentions. As you light this candle, get clear on all the things inside yourself and in the world you wish to transform. Place each of those undesired thoughts, feelings and situations into the flame of the candle .... Ask [the divine] to transform and protect you and your world from these things that no longer serve you. - Evangeline Hemrick
Picture

Were you able to feel the sacred energy of that simple, imagined ritual? And did you notice how lighting a candle can be both cozy and sacred?

It's really the intention to connect with the divine that infuses a ritual with sacred energy. But you also can add activities like meditation or contemplative prayer, etc.

(1) Meditation

(2) Contemplative prayer

(3) Creating an altar for the change you want to create

(4) Holding a crystal as you meditate, or giving yourself crystal healing

(5) Clearing the energy of your space beforehand with sound, smoke, an essential oil spray or other tools.

How might you combine cozy and sacred elements to create your own inner goddess ritual?

See you next time!

Manifesting Inner Goddess Expansion

4/19/2024

A couple of weeks ago, I saw this video on YouTube, and was curious to hear more about taking a nap to manifest what you want. After watching, I came away with no new intention to nap more, but I do now have a new manifestation goal. Keep reading, and I'll tell you more. :)

Manifest from Within it

One of the highlights of this video is his advice to manifest from within the experience of what you want. So if you want a new car, you don't just imagine the color and shape, you hear the key turn in the ignition, you feel the wind as you drive, you notice how smoothly it drives, etc.

Watch the video for more good tips on what will make it much easier to call in what you want.

Inner Goddess Expansion

Want to join me?

Just choose your own wish, and I suggest focusing on only one, and then you can check back in here, to let me know how it's going. And if you want, tell me today what your wish is.

Here's my plan for manifesting change...

THE PROBLEM - you can grow spiritually, and expand and awaken, and connect to your authentic, goddess self, but for the foreseeable future, you're still going to share a body with the false self (personality, ego) you created to survive childhood and make your way in the 3D world.

MY SOLUTION - change the percentages and lessen the false self's influence, so that I get to have more time and experience as and in my divinity. And if that change is successful, then even when I am having false self moments, it will be easier to meet those moments with love, acceptance and compassion, and to shift into being more present as my sacred self.

To my way of thinking, that is a planet-wide mission, and awakened or not, most of us will aim in that direction, even if we don't know why. But this is the first time I've thought of this mission as something that could be manifested.

This is another way to express what I intend to do...

I'm going to focus on shifting to a higher frequency as an everyday experience, which would mean a stronger connection with my divinity. Which would mean being fully present more often, seeing things from a higher perspective more often, living from the heart more easily, and being more inured to the things that lower your frequency. This is inner goddess expansion and I'm going for it!

If you want suggestions for how to connect more easily with the inner goddess part of you, read this post.

Are you aware of this process in your own life, or in the life of our planet, or humanity as a whole?

The awakened healers and lightworkers I write for carry its weight, but I am curious about the experience of those who don't wake up and go to sleep with this mission in mind.

See you next time!

Wear Pajamas to Work Day

It's National Wear Pajamas to Work Day!

I love this day, even though many days are wear pajamas to work day for me, since I work from home. What about you?

Picture

I've heard some people who work from home say that they feel more productive if they get up and get dressed, instead of throwing on a robe and staying comfy?

How do you feel about it?

Because I have a chronic illness, it's a relief to me to not have to get dressed every day. But I love the idea of having outfits to wear at home that are fun and colorful, that feel like pjs.

One day I will figure that out. :)

See you next time!

Once upon a time, in a world much like our own, there lived a group of dreamers, seekers, and visionaries. They were entrepreneurs, creatives, and healers, each with a burning desire to make a difference in the world.

But amidst the chaos of deadlines, endless to-do lists, and societal pressures, they found themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and lost in the noise of modern life.

That is until they stumbled upon The Mindful Soul Mini-Bundle. - description by Crystal Berg, website hostess of the mini bundle.

It's the last day! Don't miss out on all the great resources.

And while you're checking them out, look for my offerings. ;)

How to Use Crystals to Connect to the Feminine Energy of Your Goddess Self

4/14/2024

Your inner goddess energy is charged by divine femininity and this energy fuels our intuitive power. ... Feminine energy teaches us to turn inward and work to trust our inner knowing. [And it] allows us to welcome our deepest desires and hold space to manifest. - Keys Soulcare

In this post, we're going to take a look at how you can use crystals to connect with the divine feminine energy of your goddess self. Not only can they help you connect to it, they can help you create a lifestyle in which you live from that energy.

Crystals for Self-Love & Compassion

Self-love is the foundation of all healing, and of inner goddess energy. It's what keeps us going when the going gets tough.

But so many of us, healers included, struggle with loving ourselves and giving ourselves the compassion we deserve. Let's look at the crystals that can help.

Rose Quartz: this is a gentle love stone, and it promotes self-love, healing, and inner peace. Hold it close to remind yourself that you are worthy of love from yourself, from others and the divine.

Rhodochrosite: This crystal supports emotional healing, helping you to give love to your past and to nurture your inner child.

Kunzite: This crystal soothes the heart, and helps you open up to unconditional love.

Crystals for Deepening Intuition

The more you connect to your inner goddess, the easier it will be to connect to and trust your intuition. Here are crystals that can help you do that.

Moonstone: A great stone for your moon rituals, it helps connect you to your inner wisdom and supports personal growth.

Labradorite: This crystal strengthens your intuitive abilities, and is a stone of transformation.

Amethyst: This crown chakra crystal promotes clear thinking, spiritual connection, and creativity, making it easier to tap into a higher consciousness.

Picture

Crystals for Emotional Self-Care

We've been programmed to avoid our feelings at all costs, but that keeps us from being able to let them go. Then those feelings get stuck and we get stuck. Here are a few crystals that will help you work through your feelings instead of suppressing them.

Lepidolite: This crystal contains lithium, which is often used in anti-anxiety medication, and helps to stabilize mood swings and stress.

Aquamarine: Calms and soothes emotional trauma, reduces stress and helps to quiet the mind.

Amazonite: This crystal is very soothing. It harmonizes the brain and the heart, and facilitates emotional healing.

Don't miss this one. Emotional healing.

Crystals for Grounding
and Strength

These crystals can help you do several things, like reclaiming your power and strength and also grounding yourself in your inner goddess energy.

Red Jasper: This crystal has a very grounding energy. It can reveal problems you might not have seen clearly, and rectify unjust situations.

Tiger's Eye: This is another grounding stone. But it also offers protection, and empowers you to make clear decisions.

Citrine: This crystal is known for attracting wealth, prosperity, and success, but it also inspires you to be assertive and confident, and that's what can help ground you in your truth.

How to Use Your Inner
Goddess Crystals

I recommend that you carry them with you, place them in your living space, or wear them so that you are really exposed to their energy. But setting intentions and meditating with your crystals will amplify their energies, so you make them part of your daily rituals.

Remember to cleanse them regularly to ensure they're always working for you at their highest capacity. And let your intuition guide you about how and when to use each crystal.

Which one sounds or feel like a fit for you?

See you next time!

love, Jeanine

National Make Lunch Count Day?

National Make Lunch Count Day

I was intrigued when I saw this day listed as an April day. It turns out that the reason for this day is that a lot of people work through lunch, afraid to lose the time.

The day is meant to encourage people to take time to rest.

Leaving the office or even your desk for 20-30 minutes to refuel also reinvigorates your creative juices. Our brains and bodies need the daily break.
-National Day Calendar

Do You Take a Lunch Break?

I stop to eat something, but it's not always a real lunch. Sometimes, it's a handful of red grapes.

Part of the reason for that, for me, is that in the earlier part of the day, I spend a lot of time with my face near my light box, soaking up "sunshine."

And it's pretty easy to do that and work at the same time. I often don't get hungry for hours.

That first meal is one I need to tweak, for sure.

What do you do?

See you next time!

Break the Rules & Be Fully Present

4/12/2024

Sometimes, the simplest way to find peace & create divine connection is to sit quietly and soak in the stillness. Find a comfortable spot, perhaps with a view of nature or in a cozy corner of your home, and allow yourself to just be. This quiet time can be profoundly restorative.
Picture

Devote Yourself to
Stillness & Presence

In many ways, being a healer dedicated to raising your own consciousness is a counterculture move.

The best way to do it is to slow down, and to be more mindful, so that you can be more present with yourself and pay more attention to your own thoughts and feelings.

Being present means paying attention to yourself and your surroundings, instead of feeling like you are trying to pay attention to 10 things at once. It removes multi-tasking, and instead asks you to just sit in the stillness and pay attention to the present moment.

But multi-tasking is the American way. Especially for women.

So you're going to need to be willing to break the rules as you prioritize presence and settle into stillness in your daily rituals.

It is a habit that builds over time.

Connecting with Your Divinity

I find that the more I pause for moments of stillness, the easier it is to reconnect with my divinity, with that frequency that is my own energy signature.

And that's what you want, more moments when you are experiencing life through the lens of your divine self.

I think most of us believe we are fully present in our own lives, but we are not. Full presence is a higher frequency experience, wherein you become more vibrant and real than the 3D world around you.

What is your experience with presence and stillness?

See you next time!

love, Jeanine

Slow Living & Sacred Self-Care

4/11/2024

Picture

A few weeks ago, I broke my computer.

I know. Let's have a moment of silence & grief.

But anyway, while I was trying to decide how to replace it, I kept wondering why it happened.  It was so random!

Well, because I take personal responsibility for everything that happens in my life, I was puzzled by the choice to create or allow this troubling situation. But I noticed something during those quiet moments.

I WAS MUCH MORE CONNECTED TO MYSELF!

And to the energy around me. Some of the spiritual work I had done in the past month or so began to show itself in a way hat hadn't happened before.

Had I been that distracted?? That disconnected?

Well, I guess so.

I espouse slow living and pauses throughout the day to check in and reconnect. And I thought I was doing it.

But what I came to understand is that I wasn't spending enough time tuning in. I think I need to create a more contemplative lifestyle.

And in retrospect, I believe I was getting that  message, but ignoring it. So this has been an expensive eye-opener.

But I understand that it had to be done, one way or another, because this is a time when the collective is being purged of anything that gets in the way of ascension.

And in keeping with the purge I just mentioned, it's not just sacred moments I had while waiting to get back online. I also became more aware of my shadow self!

Are you experiencing that kind of awareness, too?

Are You Resting Enough?

I mentioned last week that I am being guided to rest more, and to focus on sacred and emotional self-care.

And I think that I am probably not the only one who needs this message. Do you, too?

Let's start with rest.

An instance or period of relaxing or ceasing to engage in strenuous or stressful activity. Slowing down. And focusing on becoming less tense or anxious. Engaging in enjoyable activities so as to become less tired or stressed.

I combined several definitions in that quote in order to create what I believe is meant when we get the nudge or guidance, or when we know we need to rest.

So read that again. Are you doing that often and regularly enough?

If not, take a moment right now to plan something restful that you can do today. And I'd like to encourage you also to think of something restful that you can start doing every day.

And here's another reason to find a way to live more slowly every day...

Slow, soulful living is all about coming back to your truth, the only guidance you'll ever need. When you rush, you have the tendency to follow others. When you bring in mindfulness, you have the power to align with yourself. - Kris Franken, The Call of Intuition

Sacred & Emotional Self-Care

The foundation of sacred and emotional self-care is slowing down mindfully every day. But what can we build on that foundation?

(1) Daily rituals that help you connect to your sacred self.

(2) Daily rituals that nurture you emotionally and provide ways to let go of stress and tension and process emotional upsets.

Being there for yourself every day.

What would that look like and feel like in your day? Take a couple of slow, deep breaths and then, give yourself a moment or two to imagine it as vividly and with as much detail as possible.

Tell me what you imagined just now, in your comment.

Here are some other ideas...
