 The Autumn EquinoxI think this is the first time I've ever been aware of feeling the shift into the equinox at the time it occurred. I feel grounded and settled into harmony. It's kind of amazing! And now I am craving soups and root veggies and hot cups of tea. But not only that. I'm thinking about the way we typically do rituals to celebrate occasions like this, and thinking that, instead, we should maybe just try to be fully present and still during the moments of transition. That means we don't have to just take what comes and deal with it. :) I like visual guidance best! But when I am following my intuition, I like the confirmation that I am on the right track to be physical, or energetic, really. The way I feel helps me know I've genuinely connected. So in the next few months, as things come to a close and I am guided to take bold, new steps toward my future, I would like visual cues, sudden ideas, and also a sense of knowing that just comes to me, with energetic confirmations that I'm on the right track.
