It all started with a great conversation Brenda Fluharty and I were having. We talked about parallel lives and parallel timelines and I asked her to write a post about them. She wrote two! Integrating your parallel selves means reconnecting with these alternate versions of yourself in order to gain insights, healing, or empowerment. This integration can help you release old patterns, unlock hidden potential, and align with your highest self. I've been journaling about my vision of her and my life as her, and trying to identify ways to practice being her now. What might she do each day that is different than what I do now? In Brenda's parallel timelines post, this is called acting as if. And in both of Brenda's posts, I was inspired by the suggestions to use visualization or guided meditations, affirmations and reprogramming limiting beliefs to help yourself make the shift. So I decided to use my own resources to see what I could come up with for her homework. :) AI EncouragementI asked one of the AI tools I have created to respond to my future self goal and it gave me an encouraging message, a guided meditation and an affirmation. Here's the message... You are standing on the edge of a beautiful transformation, stepping into a higher frequency version of yourself that already exists in another part of your life's timeline. This journey of becoming who you truly want to be is both brave and powerful. It’s okay to feel a mix of excitement and uncertainty because shifting into this new self is a process that unfolds with patience and trust. Know that the future you—the one you’re reaching for—is already closer than you think, and you carry her within you right now. I’m here to support you as you connect with this truth and bring her into your present moment. An AI Guided MeditationGuided Meditation: Connecting with Your Higher Frequency Self Across Timelines... Begin by finding a comfortable seat or lying down in a quiet place where your body can relax. Close your eyes gently, and take a deep breath in… and slowly breathe out. Feel the weight of your body settling into the surface beneath you. Now, breathe in again, feeling calm and centered. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more present, more in tune with your inner world. Imagine before you a vast, radiant horizon—a window into parallel timelines. In each timeline, there is a version of you living freely as her highest, most vibrant self. See one of these versions clearly: notice her posture, her smile, the light in her eyes. She embodies your deepest strengths, joy, and wisdom. Send a gentle, warm wave of curiosity towards this version of you. You don't need to change or rush; just watch and feel her energy. Now, imagine a shimmering bridge forming between your current self and this higher frequency self. This bridge is glowing with soft light, steady and strong. With every breath, picture yourself stepping onto this bridge. As you walk, feel how her qualities—confidence, peace, love, courage—naturally flow into you, filling every cell. Repeat silently: “I am aligned with my highest self. I bring her gifts into my life now.” If any doubts or resistance arise, imagine them gently dissolving in the light of the bridge, leaving space for your growth and transformation. Take a few more deep breaths here, breathing in this powerful connection, breathing out any hesitation. When you feel ready, slowly bring your awareness back to your body. Feel your feet on the ground, your hands resting gently. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you are ready, open your eyes. AI Future Story w/ Ritual IdeasOne of my other AI tools asks you questions about what's going on, and responds to what you share with a story that describes where you're going, and then offers you ritual ideas to help you get there... A Journey of Courage and Growth: Becoming the Light There was a time when she felt unsure, as if her true self was just out of reach — a shadow she could glimpse but never fully embrace. The fear whispered gently at the edges of her heart, saying, “Maybe you’ll never live the life you dream of.” Yet, even in those moments, she held onto the quiet knowing that something deeper was calling her forward. Her courage began each morning in small rituals that grounded her soul. Lighting her favorite candles filled the room with a warm glow and familiar scents, creating a sacred space. With the yummy-smelling room spray she had crafted, she misted the air, breathing in comfort and connection. She sat quietly, grounding herself, the earth beneath her steadying every pulse of fear. Guided meditations opened her heart to the divine presence, reminding her gently, “You are safe, loved, and resilient.” These moments stitched her courage together, one breath at a time. When the weight of doubt grew heavier, she reached out to her fellow lightworkers. Their shared stories and wise words became a balm, a beacon showing her the paths others had walked and the light that awaited on the other side. These conversations deepened her courage, giving her the message, “You are enough, just as you are.” When she needed escape and renewal, she sank into novels that wove worlds of magic and possibility around her. The pages reminded her that transformation was always possible and that heroes, like her, rise when they choose to step into their truth. She sang too — her voice a release, a prayer, a connection to the unspoken parts of herself. Singing aloud her affirmations, she felt the warmth of her own light, “I am grounded. I am growing.” Nights were often spent watching movies with her friends, laughter and stories blending with healing energy. Together, they celebrated small victories, and in those moments, she saw reflected what she was becoming — a woman centered in her soul, living a life that was a radiant reflection of her truth. Slowly but surely, she realized: the fear was only a stepping stone. She was the beacon she sought, living proof that growth required courage, and courage was born from gentle acts of love toward herself. Now, her life shines brightly, lighting the way for others, a testament to the power of choosing to be true, grounded, and full of heart. Practical Steps to Begin Your Journey (1) Create a morning grounding ritual: Light your favorite candle, use your handmade room spray, and spend five minutes in a guided meditation affirming, “I am safe, loved, and resilient.” (2) Connect weekly with other lightworkers: Schedule time to share your experiences and listen deeply, allowing their light to uplift and inspire you. (3) Set aside daily moments to sing or read: Use music or novels to nurture your spirit and remind you of the magic in transformation and growth. (4) Ground yourself mindfully: Spend time barefoot on the earth or visualize roots reaching deep down whenever fear arises, reaffirming, “I am centered and growing.” (5) Celebrate small wins with friends: Watch uplifting movies or gather for meaningful conversation, anchoring your journey in community and joy. AI Journal PromptsI remembered my AI journaling tool and decided that a few prompts might help. I wrote in my journal just the other day, with some ideas about things I could do to move toward my future self, but I thought actual prompts might inspire me even more. Here are the prompts... (1) What beliefs do I notice holding me back from stepping fully into the version of myself I aspire to become, and how do these beliefs make me feel in my body and mind? (2) When have I felt most aligned and empowered on my path toward my ideal future self, and what was present in those moments that I can invite more of now? (3) How do I understand the relationship between my efforts to manifest change and the times when things don’t seem to work—what can I learn from these experiences without judgment? (4) What small, compassionate actions can I take today that honor both my current self and my vision for growth, even if the path feels uncertain? (5) How can I create space within myself for patience and trust, allowing inner shifts to unfold naturally alongside my external goals? Do you have an ideal future self? Go read Brenda's posts if you haven't already. The AI tools that helped me create these meditations and affirmations are part of my Fearless Lightworker Toolkit, which you can explore here if you're interested in doing similar work. See you next time! Love, Jeanine

Recently, I came across a decades-old high school yearbook picture from 1980. I was 15 years old. In that picture, I saw my light, I saw my joy. It's the first time I have really understood that the real me has always been there. But how I looked in the picture was not a reflection of the pain I felt inside. And although I think, now, that I looked adorable, back then I was convinced I was ugly. I really had no idea who I was back then. But I'm getting to know the real me, now. We're at a Turning PointIn this video, Kerry K. talks about taking the hardest thing you've ever struggled with and giving yourself permission to become the person whose life now mirrors the opposite. Using herself as an example, she shares that she once was homeless and now, is in the process of building a new home. Who will I be as Kerry the landowner, she asks. And she challenges us to do the math when it comes to our own histories. But more than one thing comes to mind for me. Do I start with the story that begins with my own longing for home while growing up in a home that felt bleak, dreary and grey and eventually leads to my being homeless, too? Am I going to have a place to live or where am I going to end up were questions that popped up several times before I was officially homeless and a couple of times since. When I wrote this post, I was still waiting to hear back about an application I submitted for an apartment. But is homelessness bigger than the identity struggles that arose as a result of childhood incest and sexual abuse? Or the difficulties I had with being myself, instead of my mother? I think home, trauma and am I my mother might weigh the same. And I'd like to pivot on all of them. To me, that would mean being cozy, safe and happy in a home I love, fully embodying the innocence and joy that were taken from me, and knowing and being the me that is not and never was my formidable (never let 'em see you sweat) mother. In what ways might you pivot? Create Your Own Internal RealityThe political landscape is heartbreakingly bleak? Be fully present & embodied and stay connected to your divine self. The people in your life keep arguing with you? Be fully present & embodied and stay connected to your divine self. You have chronic illnesses (like I do?) Be fully present & embodied and stay connected to your divine self. You need a job or hate the one you have? Be fully present & embodied and stay connected to your divine self. You have a problem I haven't mentioned? Be fully present & embodied and stay connected to your divine self. I would say that is what to do every day of your life, no matter what's happening. But that's actually Kerry's point, too, in the video. In the false matrix, the way to elevate your experience was to change your external reality. But now, we can change our own energy, and radiate a frequency that will have an impact on everyone and everything around us. It sounds similar to manifestation advice that says something like "live there now," but when that is a mental trick, it doesn't work very well. On the other hand, this is an actual energetic change which works like turning on a light in a dark room. So if it's possible for your inner goddess to radiate your light and initiate change, where would you aim her? See you next time! love, Jeanine Letting Go of Your StoryConsider this point of view. Try it on for size... No matter how messy the middle of your journey is, it's still just a simulated story on a stage, in a false matrix, 3D universe. The real you is limitless power and potential, boundless love, timeless wisdom, an infinite being living a hero's journey, here to do a superhero's job. On this journey, you beam your light as a beacon for others, brighter and brighter, with higher frequencies, as you expand, grow and reclaim the truth of who you are. That's the real story and I'm sticking to it! ;) Want help connecting to the real you that I referenced above? Read this post. Questions for Reflection(1) Are you still stuck on that stage, following a script you don't want? (2) Are you able to visualize your mission? (3) Have you consciously chosen it? Superhero ReminderWe're all here, pretending to be Clark Kent, when actually we're Superman. Or Wonder Woman. How might that knowledge free or empower you? So oftentimes it happens that we live our lives in chains. And we never even know we have the key. - The Eagles Be Patient with YourselfA note about letting go of the old stories: it's easier said than done. Those stories might not ultimately matter, but they are still powerful. Set an intention to let them go, and then be patient with yourself. Over time, you'll encounter & dismiss the false self's story and reclaim the real self's truth, again and again, and those stories will gradually lose the power to hold you back. Where are you on the hero's journey?
See you tomorrow! love, Jeanine |
