There are moments when fear stirs that familiar sense of impending doom. Even though I’ve stopped doomscrolling and I don't watch the news, it still seems to find me. I created this infographic as a reminder, for myself and for other lightworkers, that love and divinity are always within reach.  When fear rises again (and it will, because we’re human), come back to your breath, and your light. Every time you choose love, and hold it close, you ripple peace through the collective.
