*waves with enthusiasm* Hi, everyone! It's so good to begin this spring edition of the Ultimate Blog Challenge and see all of my favorite bloggers again. And meet new ones. I love the way we discuss new ideas, share wisdom and have great conversations with each other. Basically, we live the month together, even when we don't see each other every day. Here's What I've Been Up to Since the Last Time We Were Here(1) I Moved - if you know me well, you may know that for several years, I lived with four roommates, and then for a while with three, after one of them passed away last year. Well, losing our roommate & friend occasioned the need to move to find more affordable lodging. And after a LONG wait, we finally moved two by two (like Noah's Ark, LOL) into a senior complex a few cities away, but still in GA. My son found the apartment complex and he helped me and my roommate move in when the time finally came. I love it! Both my bedroom and our living room will need a bit of a zhush as time goes by, but I love them all the same. You should see the light coming in! I always felt like I was living in a dungeon in the apartment I was in before. (2) The Fearless Lightworker - I created this toolkit and I am quite pleased with myself. :) A lot has been changing in our world and it probably feels chaotic to many, if not most of us. But for lightworkers, it's like a new assignment. How can we be of service while at the same time navigating our own internal responses to it all? Well, I believe we work as a collective (even when we don't know it.) But I think the answer to this question is singular. We have to take super good care of ourselves, which includes giving ourselves love, staying grounded and staying connected with our higher selves. As if we are watching things unfold from within the loving energy of our higher selves. But I've talked to a lot of lightworkers who feel stymied. And at times, I've felt a bit undone myself. So this toolkit goes right to the heart of our fear, feelings of helplessness, anger, grief and other difficult feelings and offers a way back to remembering the truth of who we are and a path to the inner harmony we need. The Fearless LightworkerHere's what's in it... 3 recorded guided meditations - Remember Who You Are - Becoming Fearless - Anchoring the Light A guided meditation journal that includes the written versions of each meditation, followed by journal prompts to help you integrate each one. A ritual for letting go of fear and other difficult feelings, with 5 journal prompts that will help you identify those feelings you've been holding onto. A cheat sheet for nurturing & protecting your energy that will help you get and stay grounded. Wondering why it's only $7? Well, I think that's a fabulous question! :) The thing is, I know it can change your life, if you let it. And how do you put a price on that? If it's true value is priceless, then what difference does it make how much I charge for it? Well, it might make a big difference to those of us who need it. A lot of us need solutions that are easily affordable. And for me, $7 is a hamburger and strawberry milkshake at McDonald's. Or 2 apple danish bear claws if I stop in at Parker's for sweet tea. It's half the cost of a romance novel I've been looking at, but haven't yet purchased. I have the Amazon tab open, though. What does $7 look like in your life? For me, these are all treats I might occasionally choose, but could do without in favor of choosing something that might really help me. And that's how I chose the price. How to Decide if this Toolkit is Something You Might NeedHave a cup of tea while thinking about these questions... (1) Have you been struggling with any fear this year? Or other difficult feelings? (2) Is it hard for you to stay grounded or create a sense of inner harmony? (3) Have you been thinking about how you need to take better care of yourself emotionally, in general? (4) Do you find yourself reacting to the news and then have trouble getting back to peace afterward? Are you worried about what's happening in the world? (5) If not, are there challenges in your own life that you're finding difficult to handle? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then right now, as I'm writing this, I'm wishing for love to wrap itself around you and not let go. But I also offer you this toolkit, because I believe it will help. What about You?What have you been up to since the last time we connected? Also, is there a theme you'll be writing about this month? Let us know in the comment section. I'll be writing about moving into your own self-care era (I love the way the kids are talking about eras these days.), but also, how to deal with anxiety and fear and other stressful feelings. See you tomorrow! Love, Jeanine P.S. April Energy UpdateI had pre-written this post already, by the time I watched Kerry K's April Energy Update video, but I found it so compelling, I decided to share it with you. She speaks of an experiment, too. She says that April will be a month when the doors of possibility open wider than usual, and both the highest highs and the lowest lows become possible on both the global and individual scale. War, and the end of war. Your highest good and the worst thing you've ever worried would happen. And everything in between, We will choose, with focused awareness. But I don't mean "red car, red car, red car" or "dream house, dream house, dream house." Instead think of pausing frequently throughout the day to invite in your highest good. Or to feel your love for your kids and your spouse and your best friends. But also, that family member who isn't speaking to you, and the friend who tries to make you feel small. I am pausing in between these sentences and paragraphs to connect with the energy of inner harmony. Let me know if you feel that as you read this. So let's experiment with focused awareness this month. Connecting to higher consciousness and your higher self. Opening your heart to love. But also, avoiding the news and social media as much as you can, so you don't give your energy away to the things you hope will not manifest. Shall we try it? Love you guys!

Great blog post! Absolutely what I needed. The news is so ugh. It's like being on a roller coaster without any safety mechanism. You know, where you don't know whether to be excited, full of motion sickness, or terrified. And it never ends.

It really does give me that break, and I wasn't even aware of how much I needed it. 4/1/2025 02:01:39 pm
You did say it well as many of us comment. Yes the spring revival and the light workers. So well put. Enjoy your new apartment. The freshness of just rearranging the furniture sometimes gives us a new perspective. Now you have a whole new view.

Hey there, I'm not on Facebook very much anymore so it's great to see you and read your positivity!! I think I saw a post there recently and I realized you and I have known each other a long time and I did wonder about your living circumstance because the last I remembered was that somebody had died. I'm bad at blogging trying to get really better at this year. I took a long hiatus after I moved cross country. I think I've chatted with you since but I'm in Virginia now in a very rural area.

(((Lynn))), how nice to see you! You're right, I haven't seen you very much lately. Didn't realize you moved, too. I've been considering a mini-break from FB after this challenge. And even this month, I'm hoping to be on it less than usual.
