Is this Thought Mine or Was it Fed to Me?

10/20/2025

We’re living through a slow erosion of memory, focus, and identity. What’s happening to your thoughts, your beliefs, and your attention isn’t accidental. It’s engineered. - Chase Hughes
Picture

Does something feel off? Have you been wondering why feelings of anxiety, anger or fear are coming up more often than you'd expect?

If you do, you're not imagining it.

That can happen when the background noise of our world becomes louder than our own inner voice. Scary or provocative headlines, algorithms designed with you in mind, and inherited beliefs can have an impact without your even realizing it's happening.

On some level, you're recognizing that your thoughts are not completely your own. You're being led to the water, but it's poisoned with fear, scarcity and distraction.

The goal is to quiet your inner voice and then replace it with thoughts, feeling and reactions that make you easier to control.

This post continues the conversation from last week's post, Don't Be Manipulated, and it is inspired by three videos, this one, this one and this one.

They rewired what you believe and now, use digital conditioning to run your nervous system. - Chase Hughes

I didn’t plan to write about this again so soon, but the more I learn, the more I notice how it shows up inside me, with tension in my chest, and sudden spikes of anger or despair that don’t match what’s actually happening in my day.

That’s when I realized the programming isn’t only out there in headlines and algorithms; it’s now in here, despite my best efforts, showing up in my own thoughts and nervous system (just like Chase Hughes said!!!).

And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

Picture

My Fire Moment

When I learned how long fear has been used as a steering wheel, I wanted to burn the whole illusion down.

There was a part of me that wanted to be an angry god, with both fire and flood at my disposal!

But underneath the fury and outrage was heartbreak: how much of my own life had I lived inside someone else’s story?

In that moment, I wasn't sure how to manage those intense feelings. But the ritual that follows amazed me because it worked so quickly and so well.

The Grounding Ritual

I placed my feet flat on the floor and looked at the palm of my hand as if it was a mirror and said, “this energy does not belong to me.” Then I turned my hand toward the ground.

And I didn't expect to feel anything because I was on fire (LOL) but I immediately felt the energy draining out of me.

Then I asked the earth to transmute the fire into light. (hence that Canva AI photo above: the prompt was the old world collapsing into light)

I felt so much calmer after that (night and day), and that's when I decided to create that picture.

Want to try this ritual yourself?

Then write in your journal: “If I had the power of flood and fire, what illusion would I burn away?”

My answer is that I would burn away the one that convinced me that I am not powerful. If I fully believe that I am limitless, and I choose love over fear, then I can declare my own safety and love will make it true.

How Fire Becomes Alchemy

The goal isn’t to suppress anger or sacred outrage.

It’s to let it, and any other painful feelings, move through us, and then be released to become light again.

And feeling that anger isn’t feeding the powers that be - visible or invisible. It's staying in it or getting lost in it that does that, because we lose ourselves, too, for a bit.

What to do instead? Practice alchemy...

(1) Acknowledge and accept what you're feeling
(2) Let yourself feel it all
(3) Use a ritual like the hand-to-earth one to ground yourself and transmute the feelings

The moment you hand over your attention, you also hand over the keys to your reality.
-Life Lessons

The Battle for Your Imagination

Whoever owns your attention owns your creative force.

But you can rewrite your own story and reclaim your attention and imagination by focusing on love, safety, beauty, or whatever matters most to you.

What they know, that we are still figuring out is that if you can imagine it, you will create it in your life. Because imagination is how we rebuild the world from the inside out.

Try these journaling prompts...

Is this thought mine or was it fed to me?
What story would I live if I wrote it myself?
How can my imagination make the world safer right now?

That last one, am I right? It's everything!

Bet they know that, too, hence the goal of creating fear and despair and trauma (put them in trauma is strategy found in Project 2025).

The next time you're feeling outraged, turn your hand toward the earth. Let the fire drain.

Then imagine a better world. And start living like it’s already here.

And remember that every time you choose love over fear, the old world collapses a little further into light.

In your comment, I'd love it if you responded to one of the prompts.

See you next time!

Love, Jeanine

Don't Be Distracted, Divided or Manipulated

10/19/2025

My intention this month has been to focus on higher self identity shifting, but I decided to include this topic because I think it has implications for lightworkers and healers. We're here on assignment, and anything that takes us off course could affect not just the collective, but the earth community as a whole.

I want to share a video with you that you might find eye-opening. I certainly did!

Picture

What struck me most in video is the notion that when big money is spent it's the division and distraction that is the prize, not the victory of any particular side or argument...

Oh, and apparently, isolation is the first step of this kind of manipulation. Hearing that word reminded me of how isolated we were during the pandemic. Separated, in some cases, from our families and friends.

Charlie Kirk’s assassination will dominate the headlines—but before the truth is even clear, the disinformation machine is already spinning. This video exposes how suppression, radicalization, and division are weaponized—not by ideology, but by systems designed to keep you outraged, divided, and distracted. - Chase Hughes

The Video's 10-Point Summary

Here's a 10-point summary of the broader themes discussed in the video transcript:

(1) Political violence normalization
: The speaker argues that political murder has become just another headline, with people celebrating violence against those with different political views instead of showing universal outrage.

(2) Media manipulation and tribal warfare
: Mainstream media deliberately shows the most extreme, cartoonish representatives of opposing sides to create an "us versus them" mentality, following psychological operations techniques.

(3) The radicalization formula
: A three-step process is described: isolation from opposing viewpoints, echo chambers that amplify existing beliefs, and tribal narratives that frame all issues as good versus evil conflicts.

(4) Engineered division
: The speaker claims this polarization isn't accidental but deliberately engineered to keep people outraged, blind, and fighting shadows while real power remains untouchable.

(5) Violence as idea suppression
: Assassinations are presented as attempts to stop influential ideas rather than eliminate evil, citing examples like MLK and JFK who were killed when their ideas gained traction.

(6) Media as distraction machine
: News outlets prioritize outrage over facts because it generates more engagement, showing curated nightmare scenarios rather than reality to keep viewers addicted and tribal.

(7) Common ground ignored
: Regular people across political lines share basic desires (safety, shelter, honest representation) but media deliberately hides these commonalities to maintain division.

(8) The "covert elite" benefit
: Those who profit from chaos - mega donors, CEOs, political lifers - donate to both sides and benefit regardless of election outcomes, using division as a control tool.

(9) Sanity as rebellion
: The speaker advocates for refusing to let media decide who your enemies are, rejecting political violence, and recognizing shared humanity across political differences.

(10) Breaking the cycle
: The solution presented is starving the outrage machine by refusing to engage with hatred, seeing neighbors as fellow humans rather than enemies, and choosing unity over tribal warfare.

NOTE - this is Claude.ai's summary, not my own. When watching a video, you can get a bullet-point summary by clicking a link on the top right of the screen.

I wasn't sure how many people in the lightworker community knew of him, so I decided to introduce you.

For Lightworkers: When Fear Rises, Choose Love

10/16/2025

There are moments when fear stirs that familiar sense of impending doom.

Even though I’ve stopped doomscrolling and I don't watch the news, it still seems to find me. I created this infographic as a reminder, for myself and for other lightworkers, that love and divinity are always within reach.

When fear rises again (and it will, because we’re human), come back to your breath, and your light.

Every time you choose love, and hold it close, you ripple peace through the collective. And for that, we thank you.

See you next time!

Higher Self Meditation: A Cozy, Guided Practice for Lightworkers

10/13/2025

As a lightworker, you may find it difficult to stay grounded and clear, or feel loved and held. You may struggle with fear or overthinking.

Higher self meditation will help you with all of the above. It connects you with the wiser, kinder part of you that does not forget who you are, even when life feels challenging.

Picture this. You are walking along a soft, tree-lined path. A fog hangs low. You have been walking a long time.

Then a warm feeling rises in your chest. That warmth is your inner light. Not out there, but inside you.

When you follow that light, the fog thins and your steps become more and more certain. That is the heart of this practice.

Picture

You can start feeling more grounded today.

This meditation fits into real life, with real stress and real mess. All you need to bring is your breath and a willingness to remember.

From there, guidance and peace show up in simple moments like morning tea or a pause before moving on to the next part of your day.

Higher Self Meditation Will Remind You Who You Are

Holding space for others can feel like a lot. It's all too easy to slide into survival mode, where stress runs the show.

Higher self meditations will shift you out of that pattern. You'll remember that you are more than your stress. And you'll feel the grounding light that has always been with you.

Think of it as switching lanterns. At first, you cling to an outer light that feels weak and seems far away.

Then you feel your heart open up and you realize your heart has been the lantern all along. That single reframe changes everything. You stop chasing peace outside yourself and start listening within.

This practice will help you respond to your old wounds with compassion.

You'll let your protective parts watch from the sidelines, as you invite a kinder leader to step forward. The result is quiet strength, a calmer center and clearer choices.

Lightworkers thrive on daily rituals that help them stay connected. Lighting a candle in the morning. A check-in at night to notice whether love or fear led your day.

With meditation and other daily rituals, you'll begin to live from your higher self more often than you did before.

Higher self meditation can dissolve fear and doubt by bringing in warmth and presence.

each day, as you begin your meditation, breathe deeply, and feel her presence softening your shoulders. Offer thanks to the part of you that has tried to protect you. Tell her it's okay to rest for a while.

This can be how healing begins. You stop arguing with your pain. Instead, you connect with your light and let it fill you.

In that light, tension loosens and the story you have held onto loses its grip. You feel more whole, even if the feelings are still moving through you.

Daily Embodiment as a Healer

The more you practice, the more your nervous system will trust your grounded peace.

You'll notice clearer intuition in conversations with others. You'll respond with compassion, not judgment.

Everyday moments will become portals. Sipping tea, folding laundry, stepping outside to watch the sky. Each pause can invite your higher self to be with you.

You'll notice more grounded moments and over time, getting grounded and steeping yourself in peace will become a normal part of your lifestyle.

Create a Cozy Place for
Your Higher Self Meditation

Choose a chair or floor cushion that supports your body. Pull a soft blanket over your legs. Light a candle if you like.

I think that the covering up we do with blankets or throws must remind us of being held or swaddled, because it is so soothing!

Before you begin, help your nervous system settle. Breathe in gently and let a longer breath out. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Feel your weight in the seat. If nature helps, bring in a simple element. A plant on the table. A bowl of water. A window cracked for fresh air.

Think cozy and repeatable.

If it helps, wrap yourself in a shawl or hoodie. Physical comfort tells your body that it is safe.

Choose Comforting Rituals to Ground Yourself

Warm tea in your favorite mug. Let the steam greet your face. Soft lighting. A candle or small lamp that reminds you to focus.

Do you have a favorite scent? Maybe a drop of essential oil, or the smell of your tea.

Find a comforting object to hold when you feel pulled into stress. Or give yourself a minute of sky-gazing. Nature regulates without words.

Each of these simple cues, especially when repeated, tell your body you're safe and can help you feel grounded.

Try this Guided
Higher Self Meditation Now

This is a soothing, forest-inspired practice you can use anytime you need calm, clarity, or comfort.

Step Into the Path of Remembering

Close your eyes. Let your breath settle. Inhale slowly, exhale longer.

See yourself standing in a quiet forest at first light. The sky is soft. Fog hangs near the ground.

Feel the earth strong and steady beneath your feet as light blooms in your heart.

With each inhale, that inner light brightens. With each exhale, tension thins like mist.

Notice two voices inside. One pushes, worries, and tries to keep control. The other is calm and kind. Let the kind voice draw near. Place a hand on your heart and say, closer.

Breathe as if your higher self is breathing with you. Let your shoulders drop. Feel your jaw loosening.

Your back lengthens. The path ahead becomes a bit more clear, even if some fog remains.

Meet and Merge with Your Higher Self

Ahead, a luminous mirror appears among the trees. Its surface shimmers like water.

Walk toward it at an easy pace. Stand before it and see a radiant version of you, grounded and warm.

Notice how she holds her body. The softness in her eyes. The grounded way she stands.

Lift your hands and place them on the mirror. Feel warmth beneath your palms. Let the barrier melt.

Step forward and mentally become one with her kindness and strength. Breathe as her. Spine tall, chest open, face soft. Let your breath say, this is home.

Bring to mind a simple moment from your day. Maybe a tense email, a hard conversation, or a busy errand.

See yourself in that scene with her joined to you.

Watch how your posture shifts, how your tone softens, how boundaries stay clear. The scene may not change, but you do. Let that be enough.

Bring Her Presence Into Your Day

Let the forest begin to fade. Keep the warmth in your chest. Take three slow breaths. When you are ready, open your eyes. Place your hands on your heart for one more quiet moment.

Anchor the experience with a tiny action. Write a line in your journal: One way I lived as my higher self today was….

Or light a candle and dedicate the day to that grounded presence. As you move through your day, remember this union is always within you. If you feel yourself forgetting, just pause like before, and say, closer.

       The Higher Self Takeaway

Higher self meditation brings you back to the truth, again and again, until it becomes a part of you.

As a lightworker or healer, you need that kind of grounded support. With a cozy space, a clear intention, and a few deep breaths, you can make this connection a lifestyle.

What I Learned When I Asked for My Big Revelation

10/11/2025

A week ago or so, I had what felt like a brilliant idea.

I decided to ask my higher self, the version of me without brain fog, without chronic fatigue, without perfectionism or fear, some big questions.

I wanted clear answers. No guessing. Real talk from the wisest part of me.

Keep reading to see what the answers were.

Picture

Questions for My Higher Self

Here are the questions I asked...

  • What’s my higher purpose?
  • What’s my next step?
  • If I were creating a VIP day for my ideal client, what would it look like?
  • And what would I, as my higher self, create for the me of today?

I was hoping for lightning. A new path. A big reveal that would make everything click.

But instead, the answers were familiar. Not very exciting. Not new. Things I already knew, when you get right down to it.

Answers from My Higher Self

My higher purpose, in plain words: help people shift identity and live as their higher self each day. Not someday. Daily.

My next step: keep it simple. Keep writing. Keep making the next useful thing. Email, blog post, social post.

My VIP Day: not a total overhaul. Just a few thoughtful additions to the rituals and tools I already plan to use.

Maybe a touchstone practice, a guided check-in, or light healing woven in so clients can calm their nervous systems and hear their own truth.

At first, I felt disappointed. Why didn't I discover something huge?

I wanted fireworks. But here is the truth that occurred to me.

Sometimes there is no thunderbolt because you are already on the path.

Once you have said yes to identity shifting, you do not need a brand-new map every week. You need devotion to the one you are already walking.

And I did get a reminder and permission.

To live slower, to rest, to trust the quiet direction I’m already moving in.

Have you ever wanted a big revelation?

I wanted one because I
crave certainty, a proof I couldn't miss. I want the spiritual homesickness to lift and a sign that told me I'm doing it right.

I know that many lightworkers feel that ache. It's actually part of the inner pull to remember who you really are.

But I'm reminded that your higher self will often speak in quiet ways.

And you can listen by lighting a candle at sunrise and pausing to watch the flame. By taking a  breath before you open your inbox.

Or asking yourself a simple question, which self is leading me right now?

That is the lightworker lifestyle, in a nutshell.

And maybe the process would be the same for you and the revelation would be that you’re already closer to living as your higher self than you realize.

Picture

The Deeper Message, Repeated

So the message underneath the familiar answers was this...

  • Live slower.
  • Rest more.
  • Trust the direction you are already moving in.
  • Keep choosing the higher self in everyday moments.

If, like I did, you want a big aha, try this practice. Close your eyes, place a hand on your heart, and ask your higher self to step in.

Then you may see one small next step. Not ten.

Write the post. Light the candle. Take the walk. Send the email. These are the practical ways devotion shows up.

I'm learning that, too.

See you next time!

Be the Heroine of Your Own Story This Autumn

10/10/2025

Romanticizing autumn means seeing it through a softer, more whimsical lens: walking through the woods as if you’re the heroine of a story, sipping tea like it’s a potion, or noticing how a simple sunset can paint the sky in warm, dreamy colors. Cozy, simple, magical—it’s all there waiting for you. - A Point of Light
Picture

Are you the heroine of your own story?

Your higher self is a heroine. She's a superhero, really. She has come to save the day from within your everyday life. Are you letting her?

Let's look at how you can romanticize this autumn by walking more closely with your true self.

Romanticizing Autumn Through the Eyes of Your Higher Self

When you romanticize autumn through your higher self’s eyes, you add a little enchantment to your everyday life. Sure, the dishes still need washing, and the emails still arrive, but suddenly there’s candlelight flickering at the edges of it all.

And your higher self is inviting you to notice that the magic is already here.

(1) Start each day like a story opening.

Before reaching for your phone, ask yourself, “How does today’s chapter begin?” Light a candle or open a window. Let the air, the light, or the scent of your tea set the scene.

(2) Dress or move as the heroine.

Your higher self doesn’t wait for the perfect outfit or ideal energy level. She moves gently but intentionally, wrapping herself up in warmth, slowing down enough to notice joy, speaking peace to her life throughout the day and moving with kindness through the moments that challenge her.

(3) Create cinematic rituals.

Pour your apple cinnamon tea as if it's your most magical potion. Walk through the falling leaves and notice the warmth of the sun on your arms and on your face. Visualize your day as a movie montage and then live it.

And when the world feels scary or chaotic, remember that the heroine doesn’t give up, she pauses, breathes deeply, and reconnects.

A Higher-Self Affirmation for the Heroine You Already Are

Say this three times...

I am the heroine of my story. My higher self walks with me through every season.

🎬 Five Ideas for Your
Autumn Movie Montage

Because every heroine deserves a highlight reel.

(1) The Candlelit Letter Scene
– write yourself a note from your higher self. Use your favorite pen and seal it with intention.

(2) The Slow-Motion Walk
– wander under falling leaves and a sunny sky, with your favorite song playing in earbuds. Really take in the moment.

(3) The Tea-and-Reflection Scene
– pour that apple-cider tea, sit by a window, and watch sunlight dance on the mug, while you contemplate the life you're creating.

(4) The Cozy Blanket Epiphany
– journal one line that begins, “I didn’t realize until now that…” and see what truth arrives.

(5) The Night-Sky Finale
– look up at the stars; thank your higher self for every plot twist you've experienced so far.

When you romanticize your life this way, you realize the heroine isn’t chasing a happy ending. She’s savoring each frame of the story.

What would you choose for your movie montage?

See you next time!

The Science of Coziness: Lightworker Rituals for Nervous System Peace

10/6/2025

Our nervous system responds to intentional coziness at a deep biological level. - The Hidden Science of Cozy
Picture

I love that quote above, because it validates what I’ve always felt.

Lightworkers don’t just crave candles, tea, and blankets for the aesthetic. We crave them because our souls and nervous systems know we heal better in warmth.

When the world feels overstimulating, coziness is more than comfort. It’s science and soul working together.

A lit candle softens your brain’s alarms. A warm cup in your hands tells your body it’s safe to exhale. These simple rituals help us to remember who we are and to live our lightworker mission without burning out.

Picture

Cozy Science Meets
Lightworker Living

Hygge (pronounced "hoo-gah") is a Danish and Norwegian concept embodying a quality of coziness, comfort, and contentedness through a feeling of well-being, simplicity, and community. It involves creating a warm, inviting atmosphere by embracing simple pleasures and connecting with loved ones, often through practices like using soft lighting, enjoying warm drinks, or sharing meals and conversations. - AI Overview

Hygge & the Nervous System

Hygge is a cozy way to tell your nervous system that you’re safe. Neuroscience shows that cozy sensory experiences lower cortisol, increase oxytocin, and support parasympathetic activation.

As a lightworker, this sense of safety matters, because you can only share your light when your body feels anchored and cared for.

Ritual tip: Light a candle before opening your laptop. Pair your morning tea with three deep breaths. Your body will register this as regulation, not just ritual.

Picture

Micro-Joy Moments

Our brains naturally scan the environment for danger, but you can train it to notice joy instead.

Micro-joy moments involve noticing brief experiences of joy, and leaning into them when they happen. A leaf dancing in the wind, a kind text, or the smell of your tea.

Each moment of noticing moves your brain chemistry another step toward resilience and optimism.

Ritual tip: Pause midday to name three micro-joys out loud or write them down. Over time, this will rewire your attention away from collective fear toward presence and delight.

Why Lightworkers Need This

We've been conditioned to think that the best way to have the life we want is to hustle for it, and if that doesn't seem to be working, what we should do is push harder. But that's not our mission, as lightworkers.

We're here to live as examples of peace, love, and groundedness.

Cozy practices give us nervous system support and spiritual strength.

Living this way will help you resist being overwhelmed by chaos or manipulation. You'll find it easier to stay aligned with the truth of who you are.

Ritual tip: End your evening by naming one moment of joy you experienced today and thanking your future self for leading you into that moment.

🍂 A Cozy Invitation

Coziness is how your body remembers safety, and how your soul remembers home. The more you choose it with intention, the more you train yourself to stay peaceful instead of feeling overwhelmed, tense or afraid.

Try this journal prompt tonight with a cup of tea...

What micro-joy did I notice today, and how did it remind me of who I really am?

See you next time!
