We’re living through a slow erosion of memory, focus, and identity. What’s happening to your thoughts, your beliefs, and your attention isn’t accidental. It’s engineered. - Chase Hughes Does something feel off? Have you been wondering why feelings of anxiety, anger or fear are coming up more often than you'd expect? If you do, you're not imagining it. That can happen when the background noise of our world becomes louder than our own inner voice. Scary or provocative headlines, algorithms designed with you in mind, and inherited beliefs can have an impact without your even realizing it's happening. On some level, you're recognizing that your thoughts are not completely your own. You're being led to the water, but it's poisoned with fear, scarcity and distraction. The goal is to quiet your inner voice and then replace it with thoughts, feeling and reactions that make you easier to control. This post continues the conversation from last week's post, Don't Be Manipulated, and it is inspired by three videos, this one, this one and this one. They rewired what you believe and now, use digital conditioning to run your nervous system. - Chase Hughes I didn’t plan to write about this again so soon, but the more I learn, the more I notice how it shows up inside me, with tension in my chest, and sudden spikes of anger or despair that don’t match what’s actually happening in my day. That’s when I realized the programming isn’t only out there in headlines and algorithms; it’s now in here, despite my best efforts, showing up in my own thoughts and nervous system (just like Chase Hughes said!!!). And once you see it, you can’t unsee it. My Fire MomentWhen I learned how long fear has been used as a steering wheel, I wanted to burn the whole illusion down. There was a part of me that wanted to be an angry god, with both fire and flood at my disposal! But underneath the fury and outrage was heartbreak: how much of my own life had I lived inside someone else’s story? In that moment, I wasn't sure how to manage those intense feelings. But the ritual that follows amazed me because it worked so quickly and so well. The Grounding RitualI placed my feet flat on the floor and looked at the palm of my hand as if it was a mirror and said, “this energy does not belong to me.” Then I turned my hand toward the ground. And I didn't expect to feel anything because I was on fire (LOL) but I immediately felt the energy draining out of me. Then I asked the earth to transmute the fire into light. (hence that Canva AI photo above: the prompt was the old world collapsing into light) I felt so much calmer after that (night and day), and that's when I decided to create that picture. Want to try this ritual yourself? Then write in your journal: “If I had the power of flood and fire, what illusion would I burn away?” My answer is that I would burn away the one that convinced me that I am not powerful. If I fully believe that I am limitless, and I choose love over fear, then I can declare my own safety and love will make it true. How Fire Becomes AlchemyThe goal isn’t to suppress anger or sacred outrage. It’s to let it, and any other painful feelings, move through us, and then be released to become light again. And feeling that anger isn’t feeding the powers that be - visible or invisible. It's staying in it or getting lost in it that does that, because we lose ourselves, too, for a bit. What to do instead? Practice alchemy... (1) Acknowledge and accept what you're feeling (2) Let yourself feel it all (3) Use a ritual like the hand-to-earth one to ground yourself and transmute the feelings The moment you hand over your attention, you also hand over the keys to your reality. The Battle for Your ImaginationWhoever owns your attention owns your creative force. But you can rewrite your own story and reclaim your attention and imagination by focusing on love, safety, beauty, or whatever matters most to you. What they know, that we are still figuring out is that if you can imagine it, you will create it in your life. Because imagination is how we rebuild the world from the inside out. Try these journaling prompts... Is this thought mine or was it fed to me? What story would I live if I wrote it myself? How can my imagination make the world safer right now? That last one, am I right? It's everything! Bet they know that, too, hence the goal of creating fear and despair and trauma (put them in trauma is strategy found in Project 2025). The next time you're feeling outraged, turn your hand toward the earth. Let the fire drain. Then imagine a better world. And start living like it’s already here. And remember that every time you choose love over fear, the old world collapses a little further into light. In your comment, I'd love it if you responded to one of the prompts. See you next time! Love, Jeanine My intention this month has been to focus on higher self identity shifting, but I decided to include this topic because I think it has implications for lightworkers and healers. We're here on assignment, and anything that takes us off course could affect not just the collective, but the earth community as a whole. I want to share a video with you that you might find eye-opening. I certainly did! What struck me most in video is the notion that when big money is spent it's the division and distraction that is the prize, not the victory of any particular side or argument... Oh, and apparently, isolation is the first step of this kind of manipulation. Hearing that word reminded me of how isolated we were during the pandemic. Separated, in some cases, from our families and friends. Charlie Kirk’s assassination will dominate the headlines—but before the truth is even clear, the disinformation machine is already spinning. This video exposes how suppression, radicalization, and division are weaponized—not by ideology, but by systems designed to keep you outraged, divided, and distracted. - Chase Hughes The Video's 10-Point SummaryHere's a 10-point summary of the broader themes discussed in the video transcript: (1) Political violence normalization: The speaker argues that political murder has become just another headline, with people celebrating violence against those with different political views instead of showing universal outrage. (2) Media manipulation and tribal warfare: Mainstream media deliberately shows the most extreme, cartoonish representatives of opposing sides to create an "us versus them" mentality, following psychological operations techniques. (3) The radicalization formula: A three-step process is described: isolation from opposing viewpoints, echo chambers that amplify existing beliefs, and tribal narratives that frame all issues as good versus evil conflicts. (4) Engineered division: The speaker claims this polarization isn't accidental but deliberately engineered to keep people outraged, blind, and fighting shadows while real power remains untouchable. (5) Violence as idea suppression: Assassinations are presented as attempts to stop influential ideas rather than eliminate evil, citing examples like MLK and JFK who were killed when their ideas gained traction. (6) Media as distraction machine: News outlets prioritize outrage over facts because it generates more engagement, showing curated nightmare scenarios rather than reality to keep viewers addicted and tribal. (7) Common ground ignored: Regular people across political lines share basic desires (safety, shelter, honest representation) but media deliberately hides these commonalities to maintain division. (8) The "covert elite" benefit: Those who profit from chaos - mega donors, CEOs, political lifers - donate to both sides and benefit regardless of election outcomes, using division as a control tool. (9) Sanity as rebellion: The speaker advocates for refusing to let media decide who your enemies are, rejecting political violence, and recognizing shared humanity across political differences. (10) Breaking the cycle: The solution presented is starving the outrage machine by refusing to engage with hatred, seeing neighbors as fellow humans rather than enemies, and choosing unity over tribal warfare. NOTE - this is Claude.ai's summary, not my own. When watching a video, you can get a bullet-point summary by clicking a link on the top right of the screen. Chase HughesI wasn't sure how many people in the lightworker community knew of him, so I decided to introduce you. What did you think of the video? If you didn't watch, you can share what you thought of the quote or the summary. See you tomorrow! Love, Jeanine There are moments when fear stirs that familiar sense of impending doom. Even though I’ve stopped doomscrolling and I don't watch the news, it still seems to find me. I created this infographic as a reminder, for myself and for other lightworkers, that love and divinity are always within reach. When fear rises again (and it will, because we’re human), come back to your breath, and your light. Every time you choose love, and hold it close, you ripple peace through the collective. And for that, we thank you. See you next time! Love, Jeanine Each fall soul theme has its own magic. Which one is yours? As a lightworker, you may find it difficult to stay grounded and clear, or feel loved and held. You may struggle with fear or overthinking. Higher self meditation will help you with all of the above. It connects you with the wiser, kinder part of you that does not forget who you are, even when life feels challenging. Picture this. You are walking along a soft, tree-lined path. A fog hangs low. You have been walking a long time. Then a warm feeling rises in your chest. That warmth is your inner light. Not out there, but inside you. When you follow that light, the fog thins and your steps become more and more certain. That is the heart of this practice. You can start feeling more grounded today. This meditation fits into real life, with real stress and real mess. All you need to bring is your breath and a willingness to remember. From there, guidance and peace show up in simple moments like morning tea or a pause before moving on to the next part of your day. Higher Self Meditation Will Remind You Who You AreHolding space for others can feel like a lot. It's all too easy to slide into survival mode, where stress runs the show. Higher self meditations will shift you out of that pattern. You'll remember that you are more than your stress. And you'll feel the grounding light that has always been with you. Think of it as switching lanterns. At first, you cling to an outer light that feels weak and seems far away. Then you feel your heart open up and you realize your heart has been the lantern all along. That single reframe changes everything. You stop chasing peace outside yourself and start listening within. This practice will help you respond to your old wounds with compassion. You'll let your protective parts watch from the sidelines, as you invite a kinder leader to step forward. The result is quiet strength, a calmer center and clearer choices. Lightworkers thrive on daily rituals that help them stay connected. Lighting a candle in the morning. A check-in at night to notice whether love or fear led your day. With meditation and other daily rituals, you'll begin to live from your higher self more often than you did before. Higher self meditation can dissolve fear and doubt by bringing in warmth and presence. each day, as you begin your meditation, breathe deeply, and feel her presence softening your shoulders. Offer thanks to the part of you that has tried to protect you. Tell her it's okay to rest for a while. This can be how healing begins. You stop arguing with your pain. Instead, you connect with your light and let it fill you. In that light, tension loosens and the story you have held onto loses its grip. You feel more whole, even if the feelings are still moving through you. Daily Embodiment as a HealerThe more you practice, the more your nervous system will trust your grounded peace. You'll notice clearer intuition in conversations with others. You'll respond with compassion, not judgment. Everyday moments will become portals. Sipping tea, folding laundry, stepping outside to watch the sky. Each pause can invite your higher self to be with you. You'll notice more grounded moments and over time, getting grounded and steeping yourself in peace will become a normal part of your lifestyle. Create a Cozy Place for |
