Jeanine, this will be my guide to meditation tomorrow! Very in line with what and how I need to care for myself for Sunday Self Care Day. Hi Tamara! I always worry that i won't explain it well enough so I went for a quote - "Light Codes are life codes. They hold an energetic frequency, an ancient wisdom so great that it is beyond our spoken language and comprehension." - Laara, from Light Codes by Laara. I think of them as our own energy frequency, coming from the versions of us that are a higher dimension (like 5D, etc), in a way that bypasses the need for words and goes right where they are needed, instead.
