The key to working with crystals for letting go is to approach them with an open heart and clear intention. When you're putting together a comfort apothecary, each of these crystals would be good to have on hand. It helps quiet racing thoughts and creates space for emotional balance. Many also believe it strengthens your connection to your inner self, and leads to deeper insight and understanding.
