Hey, UBC friends! Is it beastly hot where you are, too? I love the beauty of spring and early summer. But I do not like the dysregulation of the pollen seasons, or the breath-stealing heat of mid-summer and late-summer. That is all. Moving on. :) Second ThoughtsI always write my posts ahead, before the challenge starts. And I was looking forward to this summer edition beginning. But in the last couple of days, I've begun to have second thoughts. I'm not sure I'm up to participating this year. So although my blog has posts scheduled, this may be the last one you see. If so, I'll miss you guys! Just in case I change my mind & participate after all, I will proceed with this post as is, for the most part. Welcome BackIt's always so good to see you all again. I've been looking forward to our conversations and connecting again with you all. And I'm wishing you a month that creates good memories. So What is it You Do, Exactly?I am a lightworker, a spiritual self-healing coach, and a guide for other lightworkers. I believe that we agreed while in spirit to meet each other here and walk each other home. And my focus, thus far, has been to help lightworkers in several ways... (1) Help them remember who they are (2) Help them connect to their higher/divine self (3) Offer tools & techniques for emotional healing and self-care (4) Offer tools & techniques for creating a comfort apothecary and comforting rituals (5) Offer tools & techniques for dispelling fear and staying grounded in a world that's flipped upside down Although I also sometimes curate and share information on energy updates and navigating the ascension process, that's not really a focus or an expertise of mine. IT'S FREE... If you're curious, what I am offering right now, for free, is a morning rituals guide and a comforting rituals generator (AI tool.) IT'S NOT FREE :) What I offer for sale is my fearless lightworker toolkit. And speaking of shifts, that toolkit is likely to morph into an eCourse sometime soon. In the comments, I'd love to know what you do. Now You See Me...I have more chronic illnesses than I can remember in one telling. And now I'm older (this post is brought to you by the number 60!) So I can't even hope to keep up with those of you who are in it to win it and post every day. This month, the standard I'm holding myself to is two posts a week, and now, I'm wondering if I'll even manage that goal. But that means I will miss out on a lot of your posts, and I want you to know I don't take that lightly. How are you feeling about the month ahead? See you next time! Love, Jeanine

Hi Jeanine, Take it one day at a time! Or one moment or breath! It is all we have, so enjoy it!

Thanks, Kate! That is really good advice. And true. It's all now, and this moment.

I hope you stay the distance, Jeanine, but if not, at least we've now met. As hot as it is in your part of the world, it is equally (well, almost) as cold in mine. We are into the second month of our winter, and there is a definite chill in the air tonight, but not enough to warrant turning the heater on. I hope we meet again during the UBC.

Hi, Maureen! It's nice to meet you. I'm glad we've met, too. And that's a good point. I should have said "welcome to the beastly hot or painfully cold summer/winter edition of the UBC!" :)

I always find your posts inspirational so from a selfish perspective I hope we get to see you often. However, I do get it. Sometimes we just can't. It sounds like you're in a place where you need to take care of yourself and give yourself that self-healing. Take care of you!

Hi Barbara! Oh, thanks so much. That's great to hear. I think I won't make a definitive decision and I will just take it day by day.

Eydie, thanks so much for the encouragement! I think I am going to take Kate's advice and just take it one day at a time, instead of making a decision about the whole month. Good to see you!

Well, I am here. Like you, I have no idea, if I will keep this up. It's very hot and damp here and that's not good for me. But, I will try to post as much as I can.

Glad to see you Jeanine and hope you can post at least a few a week! I never write my posts ahead of time because I never have a plan on when I'm going to write about! Once again, July is not a good month for me but I'm trying! Hugs to you my friend.

(((Hugs!))). I so appreciate that you're here for the challenge even during this difficult month for you. I'm hoping to stick around but probably not as much as I'd intended.
