Welcome back, UBCers! 🍂 I hope life was kind to you in the interim. It's great to see you again. And a big hello to anyone who's new. I'm Jeanine, and I'll look forward to getting to know you when I read your blog posts.

Do You Have a Fall Bucket List?

When I hear fall bucket list, it usually puts me in mind of pumpkin snickerdoodle candles at Bath & Body Works, or autumn decor at Hobby Lobby (not that I like to shop or anything).

But this time, I'm thinking about how in December, we're busy and distracted by all things holiday! So there's really only two months of the year available for a last-gasp bucket list. And I don't like to gasp anymore - it hurts my chest.

So what if we take a leisurely look at what we might want to experience before the year ends and make that our fall bucket list? Fun you'd like to have, people you want to spend more time with, things you'd like to accomplish or change.

Feel free to print the picture below if you'd like or upload it to Canva.

Fall is proof that change is beautiful.

Come Spend Autumn at
The Comfort Apothecary 🍂

This blog challenge would be on my list, so I'm glad we're right at the beginning of it. And as you'll see there will be lots of autumn blog posts.

Though I have lots to say and have written posts ahead, how much capacity I will have for actually posting them to the list, reading and commenting on blog posts remains to be seen. Fingers crossed, I get to the end in the same general condition as the start.

Btw, I've also created a free autumn journaling guide you can read for extra ways to mine the season for all the joy it can bring you.

See you tomorrow!

Love, Jeanine

What a way to start off the Challenge! I love the colors, I love Autumn, and I am SOOOO ready for the cool crisp weather with the smell of leaves as they crunch when I walk on them.

Can you tell I am excited?!?!

Thanks for sharing - and thanks for coming back for another round of the Ultimate Blog Challenge!

Great to see you back, Jeanine!
Spring and fall are my favorite seasons. My bucket list for the upcoming weeks is basically enjoy pumpkins, not necessarily to eat, but look at! Then of course, hockey season is upon us. And I will like to bake and hopefully sleep without being harassed by mosquitoes! Any moment now!!!

Good to see you again, Tamara! I only love pumpkins for looking, too. Fall and Christmas are both my faves, so the end of the year is the part I like best. Wish I could be nearby for your baking. :)

I suppose my Fall bucket list is being fulfilled right now as we are on a big family trip. I haven’t thought much past that.

Welcome back Jeanine! I don't have a bucket list, as usual I'm just going day by day. But fall is my favorite season by far, the cooler weather, the changing of colors and it's decluttering and reorganizing time again!

Hi Jeanine. Glad to see you back. Alas, I have no bucket lists or plans! I usually fly by the seat of my pants.
