Deconstruction & Realignment

Imagine an alternative version of Humpty Dumpty, where we are each playing the starring role. It feels like we have just fallen, unaware that we were pushed for our own good. We will be put back together again, but meanwhile, we are lying on the ground wondering what the hell just happened!

In the video, Kerry explains that a change process is occurring that will prepare us for ascension. And she describes several physical, mental and emotional reactions we may be experiencing as it occurs.

The ones that jumped out at me are the ones I have been noticing - headaches, sadness and a sort of listlessness. Things that I used to be sure I would enjoy - my favorite meals, the movies I love to watch, the books I love to read - don't create the usual joy or satisfaction.

Which symptoms or experiences did you recognize?

She encourages us not to hold on egoically as things begin to change, but instead to surrender and accept them.
