This gentle ritual came to me during a challenging time of intense change. Since then, it's been my anchor through losses both big and small - from saying goodbye to loved ones, to navigating shifting relationships, to finding my footing when life felt uncertain.
What makes this ritual different is its focus on comfort. Instead of pushing through pain, we create a soft, sacred space for letting go. Every time I return to this practice, it reminds me that even our most difficult moments can be held with tenderness.
