Daily practices and rituals are what help you actually live as your higher self, not just think about her once in a while. Maybe you light a candle at sunset or drink your tea mindfully with your phone in the other room.
It doesn’t have to be fancy. Some folks need yoga stretches on the living room rug, breathing deep before glancing at email, or a simple pause with both feet on the ground.
These small moments could seem pointless when life feels raw or you’re running on empty. But here’s the truth: they’re like lifelines once you get used to them.
Each one brings you back to yourself, even on the hard days when you’re tired, stressed, or doubting the point of it all. No ritual will fix everything.
Sometimes the candle just reminds you to keep breathing. And that counts.
