Self-Care Sunday is a Beautiful Interruption
Not because something is terribly wrong. More because life happens. You get busy, tired, distracted, discouraged, absorbed in other people, or just caught in the sameness of the days.
And without really deciding to, you can drift away from yourself and from your spiritual life.
Then this beautiful little thing arrives. And maybe you make tea.
Maybe you curl up in your pajamas and read it on your tablet. Maybe eventually you like it enough to print it.
And for a little while, instead of consuming more information or trying to improve yourself, you are spending Sunday with yourself.
Something you read makes you think. A prompt makes you notice something. A ritual sounds good enough to actually try.
Something reminds you of something you already knew but had temporarily stopped living.
Each month, you'll find a new collection of things to read, think about and try—not because you need another self-improvement project, but because sometimes it feels good to spend a little time tending to yourself.
A New Issue Every Month
Each month, I'll send you a new issue of Self-Care Sunday filled with whatever we're exploring together that season—spiritual self-care, emotional well-being, cozy rituals, journaling, boundaries, self-kindness, coming back to yourself, and the occasional thing I simply couldn't resist putting in a magazine.
Read the whole thing on a slow Sunday afternoon. Read three pages before bed. Save a ritual for later. Print the pages you want to write on.

Self-Care Sunday Journal
You'll receive a special, enhanced version of the Self-Care Sunday Journal, your weekly way back to yourself.
Each week, it gives you a cozy place to notice when you felt most like yourself, where you got pulled away from yourself or your peace, and what might help you come back in the week ahead.
You’ll choose from simple ways to reconnect—reading, tea, journaling, nature, music, spiritual practices, rest, boundaries, energy clearing and more—and create your own little plan for the week.
And when you’re ready to let the old week go, there’s a Sunday Let-Go & Wish Ritual to help you release what you don’t want to carry forward, clear your energy, and make a wish for the week ahead.
It’s not another planner asking you to do more. It’s a weekly reminder not to lose yourself in everything you have to do.
Come spend Self-Care Sunday with me.There will always be more information to consume, more things to accomplish, and more ways we're told we ought to improve ourselves.
This is something else altogether.
A cup of tea.
A beautiful magazine.
A little moment to hear yourself think.
And a regular reminder to come back to yourself.
