The Power of One Loving Thought

Love is so powerful that one loving thought in a day cancels out all the negative ones. If you send or beam out love to another sentient being, it undoes any negative thoughts, feelings or behavior from earlier that day. - David Hawkins


​The traditional Metta meditation (or loving-kindness meditation) begins with expressions of self-care and compassion. To harness the power of these affirmations, pause for a moment and create a comfortable and quiet space where you can silently repeat this group of statements at least three times.

May I be loved.
May I be safe.
May I be happy.
May I be at peace
.

You can use these same statements to send love to someone else. Just replace the word "I" with you.

I wish I could remember everything she said, in the interview I listened to, because she definitely connected it to living at a higher frequency and vibrating that out to others.

I shared it because we have talked about making daily happiness and high vibration moments a priority so that you can experience any transformation you want (more peace of mind, healthier eating, better relationships, etc.) But here, she suggests you can experience those things even if you only manage a day that is 51% happy/high-frequency. Exciting, right?

And here's the thing. When life is challenging, or difficult, or even just busy, it's even more important to create moments of happiness or peace in the midst of it all. Or to seek high vibe experiences.

This is my intention, too!

About this video - I discovered it recently and immediately could tell I could use it to come back to myself after stressful moments, or when I am feeling discouraged by circumstance. Looked up that last phrase, btw, and look what I found...
